Christmas in July

For July, I wanted to create a version of my Christmas Blend that would be a little lighter than what you would want on a cold winter’s day, but still maintain the chocolate and caramel overtones.  This Moka-Java styled blend trades the rich, traditionally-processed Ethiopian with a lighter and jucier washed Ethiopian.  Combined with crisp Peruvian and rounded out with the best Java, this summer cup is sure to please.
