Cold-Brew


Our Cold-Brew Recipe is based on a 17.8% water to coffee ratio by weight:


Market Cold-Brew (yields about 1gal or 3.4L)

  • 400g Coarse-Ground Coffee
  • 2240g Filtered Water (we use RO)
  • Soak for 22 hours (direct infusion or filter bag are both fine) at typical fridge temp (36°-38°F)
  • Top off with filtered water at a 1:1 ratio by weight (how we serve it at the market) or by strength preference


"Mason Jar" Cold-Brew (yields about 6cups or 40oz)

  • 150g Coarse-Ground Coffee
  • 850g Filtered Water (we use RO) in a 1qt Mason Jar 
  • Soak for 22 hours (direct infusion) at typical fridge temp (36°-38°F)
  • Top off with filtered water at a 1:1 ratio by weight or by strength preference
