For Summer I wanted something simply shaped but complex enough to hold up as both a hot cup in the morning and a cold brew in the afternoon.  This summer’s blend takes traditionally processed Ethiopian Sidamo and pairs it with a mellow duo of beans from Peru and Papua New Guinea to bring you a cup that’s just as exciting as a cold afternoon pick me up as it is first thing on your summer day.
